Joanna Gunn is the Chief Brand Officer of Lane Crawford, Asia’s iconic luxury department store. Ms. Gunn oversees the company’s award-winning Brand Creative, and Marketing & Communications departments.
Joined Lane Crawford in 2001, Ms. Gunn has held various positions within the company and has played a key role in leading major campaigns and marketing initiatives to support high profile store launches and exciting programmes in Hong Kong and China; pioneering new creative collaborations, long-term partnerships and creating talk-of-the-town memorable events that have succeeded in innovating new experiences for the customer and engaging communications. Her unconventional approach and passion is reflected in her ability to set new benchmarks and pave new ground within the organisation.
