Mui Kinoshita is the founder of Form & Shape Design Studio and currently serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Designers Association, Board of Director of Hong Kong Design Centre, and Advisor of Doctor of Design at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With over 20 years of experience in product, branding, and strategic design, Mui has received numerous design awards, including the iF Gold Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, Global Design Award, DFA YDTA Best Design Practitioner, and one of the 40 under 40 Top Asian Young Design Talents etc.

In addition, Mui co-founded ASA Innovation & Technology Ltd, an award-winning company that focuses on providing bespoke and innovative air quality solutions. The company is invested by New World Development and has won several awards, including the Alibaba Jumpstarter Best Startup, Most Favourite Startup, HSBC Innovation Award, Peninsula Hotel Kaleidoscope Lab Winner, and China Mobile Entrepreneur Award etc.
